Multiple Strategies
It’s been said: “You see what you look for, and you look for what you know.” That’s often true in the investment world. A number of financial magazines continue to tout the Buy and Hold approach that worked in years past-- others insist that Asset Allocation is the only way to successfully invest, while others are firm believers in alternative strategies.
It seems the one thing that everyone agrees about is that markets go up and markets go down.
No one knows how long these turbulent times will last but we are committed to providing the best possible returns with the least amount of risk we can to our clients.
Most investors and advisers have one strategy in their tool bag. They can only profit when the markets go up, and hope they don’t suffer too much of a loss when the markets go down. At Anchor, our philosophy has always been to adapt as the markets evolve.
With that belief in mind, our portfolio manager Eric Leake has spent countless hours crafting a strategy for the current volatile market environment. The proprietary, multi-strategy trading models that resulted from his work (and the results we’ve enjoyed) prove that no single investment strategy works well in all market environments.
This is why our uncorrelated Multi-Strategy approach excels above all others. We have been able to make money in up and down markets, allowing us to bring our clients peace of mind even in volatile times.
